Shipping and Returns Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 2-10 business days to process and ship your order. We will send an email once your order is processed to let you know your order is on the way!
Local Pickup
During checkout, enter your address and choose the “Local Pickup” ship option. Local pickup is available for addresses in Josephine County and Jackson County in Southern Oregon. If the local pickup option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local pickup.
Local pickup orders can be picked up once weekly in Ruch, Oregon. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with details about pickup times and location.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally shipped within 2-10 business days using USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not ship outside of USA and Canada at this time.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada. At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside of USA and Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Homestead Culture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to Canada: Packages weighing more than 8 oz may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email if this applies to your order. Due to customs restrictions, international invoices cannot exceed $400.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital products, such as online courses.
We offer refunds for physical products, such as seeds, only if an order cancellation is requested prior to the order being shipped.
Due to the perishability of seeds, all sales of seeds are final once shipped.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may contact us using the contact details set out below. In your email include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges of physical products, such as seeds.
