🫘 2026 Seed Drop 🪂
Sharing our seeds is like sharing our hearts with the world—we deeply care for these plants. As a homestead operation (smaller than typical farms), our family is very picky about the plants we grow. Ultimately we choose plants we love the most—because we spend a lot of time with them. And time, as you know, is very precious!
Today we are honored to share our work, love and joy with you, through our family’s seed catalog updates and additions for 2026! (Continued below)
As I look out ahead to the 2026 season, barely just begun, I see more opportunity for joy, meaning and connection. This is what we aim to cultivate for ourselves, for our family and beyond.
Inevitably there will be many struggles, ongoing and new, in 2026. Yet seeds, plants and gardening have always delivered comfort, hope and beauty in our lives. This is why it’s so hard for us to imagine life without gardening now!
And this is why our seeds are heart offerings.
As we continue to establish our food, flower and medicinal forest gardens, we’ve enjoyed meeting so many plants along the way. This is a perk of our “job” as seed growers. We take pride in filtering plants through our trials, so we can offer plants who we consider solid in the garden and joyful companions.
Perennials continue to be a focus in our long term effort to grow abundance. After they are established, perennials are often so much easier to care for than many of their annual counterparts. With perennials, you plant seeds once and enjoy knowing the plants for years to come.
Diversity is another big theme in our gardens and seed catalog. More unique mixes and grexes have been added to our catalog this season! Having extra genetic diversity, mixes and grexes offer more variety and beauty to your garden. They also have more chance to adapt to your local conditions faster, for the seed savers out there. And they are a wonderful chance to explore more diversity from a single seed packet (which is a really good deal if you ask me).
All of our seeds are grown by our family in Southern Oregon. We offer the best of what we love. To make it in our seed catalog, each variety must generously offer abundant beauty, nourishment and/or joy. Many of our varieties have also proven themselves when facing less than ideal conditions, when it comes to water, soil, sun, pest or other conditions.
