Learn to Harvest & Clean Seeds with Abundance

I am excited and honored to share that our seed cleaning course is ready for enrollment! Seed Processing for Abundance was first launched last fall. This season I revamped the course to make it an even better resource for gardeners and seed growers.

What I really love about seed cleaning is that there is no right or wrong way to clean seed. There is usually more than one way that we can arrive at clean seed. I personally love having options since all of our minds and bodies are different.

This course embraces flexibility. For those of us that want to get creative and “feel” into seed cleaning, this course is ready to lend a guiding hand. As humans we are feeling, sensing creatures. Working with seeds encourages us to tune in with all of our senses.

Of course plants—and the food, flowers and medicines they share—stimulate all of our senses. We get to know plants and their seeds with our whole bodies. Seed growing and processing is a rich adventure!

And for our rational side, the course has plenty to offer by way of detailed methods of seed cleaning. The course is structured to take you through each method and technique and then follows up with a diverse array of examples and commentary. It’s like being right there with us as we are harvesting and processing seed from our garden.

I have you covered whether you are working with rare or common plants. That’s because I show how you can look at the structure of a particular seed head, the characteristics of a fruit or berry, and the size and shape of particular seed before considering your options for harvesting and processing.

Explore a time tested framework with a generous collection of methods and techniques to pick from as you choose, that can be applied to nearly any seed that you may want to clean.

So in short my friends—gardeners, homesteaders and new seed growers. This course will help if you want to:

  • Save and clean vegetable, flower, herb, fruit or berry seeds
  • Start a new seed business or part time gig
  • Produce high quality seeds to share with community
  • Have a closer relationship with your garden plants

If this piqued your interest I invite you to learn more about Seed Processing for Abundance here.

I am grateful to the plants who are always sharing abundantly. I am grateful for all the gardeners who are being called to save, plant and share seeds. Thank you plants and thank you human gardeners for partnering up through seeds so that we can live with natural abundance and be nourished together.
